One of that goes the AIR pump solenoid "the spaceship thing", the other side goes into the wire loom by the PCM, then should run to a T inside the wireloom.
One side of the T goes to the "vacuum canister" behind/below the passenger side headlight and the other side goes inside the car and operates the trap door inside the A/C system. This is for diverting the air when you switch from hot/cold and floor/vent/defrost. There's actually a bunch of colored wires under the dash that are actually vacuum hoses, look just like wires though.
Autoparts stores usually have a section of vacuum fittings where you could find some pieces and put it back together, or you could superglue/JB weld it.
TONS of people come on here after manifold swaps claiming their A/C won't work, and that's right where I point them.

ls6 intake swap is done. for anyone that reads this your probly as likely if not more likely to break this line than the oil pressure sending unit. dont fret if you do. just get a lil rubber fitting to make it work. I use oen of the L shaped fittings off that part in the second pic to reconnect the broken line.
