Too many variables to give you a straight answer. I have the reverse of your situation. I have an 01 with 98-99 headers. I had to block off the EGR port and rework the AIR lines to fit right. The only problem you may have is if the headers do not have EGR provisions, you will have to add that or disable the EGR. Secondary Air lines may have to be reworked as well, but should be nothing major.
