Fast Intake tq. Does anyine know what the torque specs for a fast 90mm intake is on an ls1? I need to take it off to see if i have a cracked intake.

i believe the ls6 mani is said to ve 19ftlbs thats it....dont quote me though.. pretty sure but still double check

That just sounds too high. You know I have mushroomed Matco sockets trying to tq rockers to 22ftlbs, and this is composite we are talking here. I don't think that it is close to 20 at all.

First pass 30 in-lbs (2.5 ft-lbs), 2nd pass 50 in-lbs (4.17 ft-lbs). This is straight off of the FAST install manual. I usually do hand tight with a 1/4" drive ratchet, make SEVERAL passes back over them after they're done. The first ones you did will come loose after the rest.
