Might as well ask here.. is there any gain to the Spohn motor mount brackets? ""LSX" Motor Mount Stands"
"These lightweight "LSX" motor mount stands bolt on in place of the factory's heavy solid cast iron stands on 1998-2002 GM F-Body cars. They look trick, and drop close to 5 pounds! They will work with the stock k-member, or on the Spohn Performance tubular k-member, and any aftermarket k-member designed for stock type motor mount stands.
Built with CNC cut 3/16" steel mounting pads and CNC cut and formed 1/4" thick steel motor mount u-brackets joined together with 1" x 2" x .120" wall tubing. Finally we fully gusset them so they're built to handle some serious horsepower! "
