Default Selling car with modded exhaust?

What do you guys do when selling an exhaust modded car? Ie full exhaust, o2 sims, etc.

We don't have emissions in my state, but aren't those o2 sims kinda sketchy?

Yea I see what you mean about the crowd. I have o2 sims on it right now to keep the SES light off, shouldn't I take those off though.

Is it technically illegal to get those codes turned off? Ie tampering with emissions? Are the o2 sims the same way?

Sure people it do it often, but it's still illegal. I had a hard time getting dealerships to even look at my car (wanted to trade it in for a '06 GTO) because of the longtubes/X-pipe/no cats. One dealer made me an offer but it was ridiculously low.
