Problems ?
I put a tr 224 112lsa cam in my car it threw code po300 did a search said that this is common but it idles rough at time and when the reader reads a misfire you can see a miss like the motor stumbles. is it possible its the gaping of my plugs i put in tr 55's and gaped the to .044 does that sound right for my application ? my scanner does not pick up any knock. if there was a problem with my gaping it would cause detonation right? which my knock sensor would pick up right?

i gotcha man, you need to have the car tuned because its running off of a stock tune right now....think about it this way your car doesnt know whats going on right now, look how much youve changed the car from stock....tune it and then see if the problem continues....anytime you put a cam in a car you need to tune it

hey i just installed my TR224 112lsa friday and im getting the same code but its normal until the car gets tuned. Im bringing mine to Thunder on wednesday to get tuned. Like staringback05 said, every time you do a cam swap you need to get it tuned.
