true duals w/ Y pipe? Don't co-exist in the same exhaust system. Dual cut outs w/ true duals are pointless.

a ory is an off road y pipe the connects both headers to make a single exhaust

true duals would be a single pipe of each header with either a x or h conecting them

true duals rarely rob power and normally are plenty loud

normally cutouts are put on quiet exhaust to open them up and free power & to reduce back-pressure.

Now what did you really want to do

TSP'S Definitely! TSP true duals is the most common used from what i've seen. And a few fellow f body owners have them and they scream.

But would the bassani bolt up to the pacesetters he's planning on running?

tsp or go to your local performance exhaust shop and have them do it for you. I just had it done without resonators which i bought from jegs for $100 and they charged me $200 for all mandrel bent pipes

If you don't want to fab up your own then just get the TSP kit.

It is design to bolt on to stock exhaust manifolds w/ cats. With good exhaust shop they can fab it to make it bolt to any LT headers.
