Best thing to use would be an air die grinder, first start off with a metal carbide bit, not aluminum because it will take off too much material and could dig in. The go to different grit sanding rolls from 60 to 320ish, then you can hand sand with some 400 and hit with some polishing wheels and compounds. Good luck, take your time and it will come out great. Well i cant give away the exact compounds i use as i have many hours in trial and error, but a tripoli compound first followed by a white rouge for aluminum will get you great results, just make sure you use 2 separate polishing discs. Tim
