NW 90 Installed-Now high idle

NW 90 Installed-Now high idle anyone have a solution to this problem of high idle after FAST 90/NW 90 install? I turned the idle screw all the way out and the TB still wants to stick open. Idle ranges from 1000-2000. I can turn the tb cam to shut it completely but once I give it some gas, it won't return to that position. Car is a 98.

?? I'm not sure about the vacum leak or the tune. The problem seems to be that the blade won't completely shut. I can shut it completely w/ my hand by turning the tb cam and it will idle fine. However, once I get in car and give it some gas and let off it won't go back to that completely shut position. Also, I should add that I deleted the EGR pipe and put on block off plate. However, I haven't deleted it out of the computer (no tune software).
More info. Getting trouble codes P0405 (egr) and P0103 (MAF input is higher than expected for current engine operating conditions).
