Default anyone having problems with a NW TB sticking?

just wondering if anyone had this problem. its not bad just if im cruising at 2,000rpm it seems to get not wont to close all the way, and it will rev all the way to 4,000rpm till i jam the throttle down and quickly release it, it will close. i bought the TB a wile back from ron at vengeance great guys. but it just put it on.

I've don't think I've ever heard of a NW sticking. I had problems with a Bluemaxx, and Ron took care of me and even exchanged it for a NW and no problems since. Maybe try adjusting the idle screw?

well i just found the problem and alittle pissed off about it. i ordered a ported F90 and NW tb. turn out they sent me a bluemaxx. so now i have to wait till monday to fix this which i probably wont get anyways b/c i ordered it months back and now just put it on my car. right now the car is getting another retune. from me switching out the injectors. so when i go to switch it out im going to have a problem with the idle witch is going to be complete bullshit.

long story short if i had the NW instead of the bluemaxx i wouldnt have this problem

God I hope not. When I ordered my Ported FAST 90 from Vengeance, the Bluemaxx had just come out. So I even got my TB on a group purchase cause they had 100 TBs in the box ready to ship. Seemed like a good deal, but I was a little weary as that I've never heard of Bluemaxx Motorsports. Long story short, you see the end result. Sticking and hanging idle everywhere. I had to do my dyno tune with that TB. I had to blip the throttle between every gear shift to get it unstuck. Honestly though, I haven't heard of Bluemaxx in a couple of months, so maybe they stopped with shitty TBs.

Had a FAST 90mm ... supposedly sticking issue was corrected 2+ years ago ... not! ordered a Holley bearing-driven 90mm an problem solved. Holley 90mm is a really nice piece and is perfect.
