if i run my finger towards the blade there is a noticable uphill slope about a 1/4 inch from the throttle blade.so if i run my finger from the back to the front should be smooth?there is a hump for sure

It looks ported to me. Because it looks like thier is a edge under the bottom of the blade like they realy ported it out good and left the edge their so the blade still closed.

If that's ported then it's the worst port job I've ever seen. I say it's stock...coming from a guy that's ported at least 20 of these things.

Yeah, that is definitely not ported. They took no material. Polished or cleaned up? Maybe, but certainly not ported.

here is an illistration of a ported TB.

the yellow parts are what is removed from in front of the blade all the way around the bore of the TB.

if that isn't there its been ported to some degree.

some porters smooth out the aproach to that "lip"...but a basic port job (took me 15mins on a lathe) just removes that lip.

Those pics of the ported one look good and shiney but that dosent mean his hasnt been done the outer lip is thinner also. It looks nice but for the money if his been ported to some degree I dont think its worth it to get it ported.
I would use that money for a lid or an SSRA kit and if he has them allready save up for an intake or send it off to tpis and then get a 90 mm tb. Porting your TB is somthing you should do at home not pay to have it done, any one can port out a TB with a drimmel tool.
