Default Need some advice after plug and wire swap

I just finished changing my plugs and wires. After finishing the passenger's side (except 8) I noticed a ticking sound after turning off the car. I'm assuming its a loose wire but I was also wondering if it could be a loose plug. I tightened the plugs about 1/4 turn past hand tight because the torque wrench wouldnt fit. How tight should I make them?

they shouldn't be really tight. I forgot the torque but its not much. If you remove the coils and disconnect the air pipes you can get to all the plugs. I use a 3" extension with the plug socket and a 1" extension on the number 8 plug but you gotta put the socket on the plug then put the ratchet on

The ticking might be the exhaust cooling down. Also 01ss is right... change that #8 plug.

you just need to snug up the plugs, its only like 8 or 11 lbs you need to tq them down to. Ticking could be a loose plug though, so just run through them all again and make sure theyre all snug

could be the air tube making the noise if it was taken off or moved around when you changed the plugs.

Can't seem to get the wire off the plug on eight. Any tips? I removed the coils and AIR pipe.

I had ticking after swapping plugs and wires. It turned out to be a loose spark plug.

it's a pain in the *** but just keep trying different ways to reach your arm down there. From the top, down the side between the fender and dipstick tube, left hand, right hand, etc. etc. Just find which way works best for ya.

Yea it seems like thats where the ticking was coming from. I'll try the scissors, pretty much exhausted all other tools.
