Default FAST idle issue

Got my FAST 90/TPIS 90 installed, 2 issues. The throttle cable is too short even after adjusting it all the way, which I'm assuming is because the tb cam on the TPIS is way bigger than my stock 98 cam, so I dont know if you can swap the cams or I am going to have to get a throttle cable from a 01-02. Easy enough. The next issue is the idle is stuck around 1400 rpms with the cable disconnected. I tightened the idle screw some and seemed to drop it a little. It idles smooth, just high. I dont hear any whistling or anything like vacuum leaks. What can I do to trouble shoot this to find out whats wrong? Thanks.

check this out, today i started the car with no lid maf on, and put my finger in the IAC inlet hole on the inside of the TB, the car idled down some but was still running. The TB blade is completely closed with no cable attached and there is still air getting around it. I put my hand over the TB completely and it was about to die, so I'm pretty sure this isnt a vacuum issue, but a problem with TB. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Your car won't run on just a vaccum leak. I would spray carb cleaner around the intake and tb. If the idle picks up you found your leak. I've never heard of a tb itself leaking.
