Default Ported throttle body - high idle

Just put on a new jantzer ported tb.

Idle seems slightly high. The throttle position sensor is reading .6 volts at zero throttle. Is that normal or should it be 0? (this is according to my scangauge plugged into obdii port)

I heard there is a screw I can adjust to fix that? Where is it?

setting that screw may not resolve your problem. As the PCM really controls the idle by using the IAC... There could be other reasons for the high idle.

Get a Scanner and monitor the sensors and controls...
