So how much does this support system add to the blocks capabilities to handle the power being made ?? (with support the block is safe another 400 hp ?? just an example )

The 07+ blocks had 20% increased bulkhead strength, and the 08+ blocks got another 20% increase for 40% total according to GM (per PHR's issue with all the LS9 info). So would it be safe to say that this would strengthen a Gen III block to these new 08+ levels?

Better question is which block are you trying to use and how much horsepower are you trying to make.

it will make it strong enough that the head clamping capability and cylider sleeves will be the weakest points in the engine

from our modeling it will strengthen the main alot more than that
