Default Need some input ms3/ls6 heads build

So I have an ms3 cam on a 112 lsa. I also have a set of ls6 243s. With the stock valves. (hollow/sodium variety) Now my question is, if I don't mill these heads i shouldn't have a PTV issue correct?

Also on the lifters/pushrods, I bought the ls7 lifters and from what i have read 7.35 is the way to go. Does that sound right? Of course I will still check via pushrod checker, but otherwise am i in the clear and no special variations to my set up needed?
I have the complete GM head/cam swap gasket kit with bolts. So they are the stock MLS gaskets if that info is needed. I would like to port the heads, but the budget may not allow it (damn weddings lol) but at the very least I may get a valve job here locally from a respected Machinists shop. The goal for this year is the ms3/ls6 heads and 100 shot of Nitrous. BTW all supporting mods i.e. fuel have been accounted for too

What kind of intake/gears/converter are you going with?

Should have read first. Are you planning on staying with those gears? What intake?

I am an m6, so no converter. I have my ls6 intake, although a fast 90 would be better, I just can't see myself spending a grand or close to that on one. The gears I chose were a trade off since I lost a little bit of my soul with the full spool. Car isn't a daily by any means. I know the ms3 is a max effort cam, so that is why I have gone back and forth on this as well. I have even thought of going with tr230 or the tsp 233/239.
I was thinking of going with a nitrous cam but don't know if I'll always be spraying.

I highly urge a FAST setup with this cam, the ls6 just flat out won't cut it. They are top end screams (High RPMs) and that is where the FAST shines over the ls6. You would see a solid 30Rwhp increase with a nice ported 9090 setup.
Are you porting the 243s?

I see with getting every bit of hp as possible. Probably won't get them ported, budget constraints. The thing is where I am at the DA is consistently @ 7k in the summer. Lower than that and its a good day. So breathing for my car is already limited lol
