Default Is This A Better Deal Than Patriot?

what do you guys think about this, does it seem as much more logical to you as it does me? im not liking all the negative feedback i see people giving about PP heads, so i was looking at the absolute stg. 2 heads with the new t-rex v.2 cam. the price difference is next to nothing and A.S. has a better rep for thier heads. so what do you guys think...considering the guys at thunder made around 450 with stock heads with the t-rex cam, i should be pulling another 15-20 on top of it with those heads for the same price as the TSP 231/237 PP ls6 lq9 heads. and yes, i know..dyno numbers on here are to be taken with a grain of salt...

You cant go wrong with the AS heads. I love mine and they were done alittle over a year ago and I know the new heads are even better.

thats good to hear, i hear nothing but good things about AS heads, and they have great prices...im willing to go a tad smaller on the camshaft like maybe t-rex instead of the t-rex v.2 if i can still make like 450-460 through my t56..i just want some fair priced stuff , at least as fair as the PP stuff and have no worries when i do the install and put a few miles on it, i want to do the work once

Before settling on cam selection, it would be best to talk with Jay if you haven't already.

I agree with the AS heads.
Best bang, and best bang for the buck.
TEA is the only other company where everyone that has a set swears by them.
I like both, and have ordered AS for myself.

Jay is the owner of AS.
How could you have 78 posts and not know who Jay is by now?
Thats like watching a full season on basketball and not knowing who shaq was.
