Default Head Gasket > .060 Compressed

I'm in need of a head gasket (4 inch bore) that has a compressed thickness of greater than .060. My current setup is putting me out of the hole too much with the stock MLS gaskets. Anybody know of a good one?

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Cometic has shelf gaskets roughly .085", and can do thicker custom ones if needed.

your pistons are .0020 out of hole , that is less than stock (.007>.008), so you can run even thinner gasket.

Haha, sorry. That was a typo. They are .020 out....one too many zero's. I was going to run the gm mls gasket, but that would put me around .034 quench. Ive always been told that .040 is about as tight as you wanna go.

Jegs has a nice selection of Cometic MLS head gaskets in a range of thicknesses and bores.
