Default 120+ MPH traps?

Ive got a good list of bolt-ons with a m6. minus the ls6 manifold( which i will get when i do my cam install) What cam with stock heads will pretty much assure me of low 120mph traps. I do not mind a radical cam, but i do drive the car everyday. Emissions are not an issue.

im not even sure the g5x2 will assure you of 120 traps...you will still have to a) make the power it should b)drive the hell out of it...

if you want definate 120 traps get that cam or similar and some heads...

G5x2 would be my vote.

the new thunder cam might be the one to get, although it might be too much for a daily d

I think race weight will have a large impact as well. Look at the Z06's, they trap pretty impressively stock due to their light weight.

Drop a 100lbs or so out of your car and you'll help yourself out tremendously.

Depends on where you are at-with just a cam you couldnt even run 110 at our local track. I have 450 rwhp in a Vette and cant touch it.
A good running Z06 runs about 108 with exhast and better air flow.

You could get 120mph traps on cam only daily driver, thats if you run on unit.

120 traps = big cam/good heads/good setup

120 traps MAYBE = big cam/great driver/beat on the car/great setup

those are your options...

if you wanna spray...100+ shot on full bolton (intake, exhaust, etc.) car

Ellis Juan, Auto or M6? M6 is easier, and cant say for your area but no way in hell you going to trap 120 without a PA in Hawaii, not even a stripped Z06 can do that here. Best here I think is around 115 without the spray. But us island racers are Nitrous happy!
