Default Did i buy the right cam?

I know im doing things backwards but before i install this cam i want to make sure it does indeed suit my setup.
My setup is:
stock shortblock
stock unmilled 243 heads w/valve job
lunati gold valvespring set
ls7 lifters
i have comp 7.4 pushrods installed now but will measure the new setup
ls6 oilpump/ls2 chain etc etc
ls6 intake
ARH 1 7/8 longtubes with ARH ORY
Borla catback
M6 with textrailia clutch
stock 3.42 gears (for now)
TNT 100-150 shot

Now the cam that i picked up is a Futral F11.
FMS-F11-114- 228"/230" .576"/.595" 114+4LSA

My goals for the car: This car is purely a street car and i dont plan on taking it to the track anytime soon. The only kind of racing im going to be doing is roll racing as i dont want to destroy my 10 bolt before i can afford to get a 9"
I'd put more emphasis on under the curve power before i would massive top end but i dont want to give up one for the other. I understand that with this cam on a 114 Im not going to get a huge amount of lope/chop but i still want SOME lol. Im not too worried about street manners. Im young enough that i dont mind dealing with a car thats "hard to drive" Not having any kids yet really helps with that hehe.
I plan on having predZ or PatG spec me a cam but for now i want to see if my setup is well matched or if there is anything i can change (cam or otherwise) to better suit my goals.
Thanks tech!

That cam should work great...driveability should be fine in the hands of a competent tuner.

yeah i didnt think drivability would be an issue with this cam. i guess what i meant by not worrying about drivability was that i wouldnt mind driving with a bigger/harder to tune cam if it meant extracting the most out of my setup. thanks for the reply

Don't really know alot about the Futral line of cams but based on the specs it seem like a good combo. If you want maybe a lil more chop to it at idle get it ground on a 112LSA instead of a 114. Just a thought but of course a custom grind from the already mentioned experts will be a great choice too.

Oh my bad I didn't see at first that you already bought the cam. It seems like you have a nice combo now get it installed tuned and let her rip.

Combo looks good, I would go 3.73s or 4.10s though. It will only help.

4.10's are going in for SURE. I just dont think i want to throw any money at my 10 bolt. The only reason i bought this cam was because i picked it up cheap from a coworker. I'm definitely going to have a cam speced(sp?) out to my setup though. The inner kid in me is drawn to the nasty lope/chop LOL.

If you got it at a good price, stab it in and go. When I was looking for a cam, I was planning on buying a 228r but ran across a great deal on a 224r. That's whats in the car now and I like it.

setup looks good and if you have any extra cash to spend you might want to check out a set of adjustable rockers (helps alot when setting up valve train geometry)
