6.0 heads

need help Ok here is what I got. I have a 6.0 block out of a 99 full size truck and I also have a set of 6.0 heads off a 2001 truck. What do u guys think my compression ratio would be? And what kind of cam do u guys think i sould go with and yes Im going to spray it?

Just mine!
Find a manual that came with the truck or drop by your nearest dealership and ask them. I think it was 9.7 but don't quote me.

The LQ9 is the 6.0 HO with flat top pistons. The LQ4 is a low compression 6.0 with dished pistons. They share the same heads, both having 71.06cc chambers..
