EITHER Bad Rings or bad valve seals right???????????

yessir at the shop already going to replace all guides and seals. yes the head had a badge stamp (806) im going to post the pics.

Hope this takes care of the problem.

What size was the block honed to ? 3.903 3.905 ?

Talk to them about thickness between the 2 gaskets to get the best for your setup.

Did you ever figure out this issue? Mine is doing this right now.
No pcv connected at all and oil on top of every intake valve

The answer is right in the post>>>>. Bad seals and guides. Bad or incorrectly installed valve seals let oil drain down between the valve guide and stem where is accumulates on the valve.

the issue I'm having is different then. but I maybe have installed too small of a head gasket. I've got afr 230 heads and put ls9 (4.100 bore) gaskets on the setup. AFR says the minimum needed it 4.125 and recommends 4.135
