Default read my plugs. doesn't look good to me

So I changed my plugs at lunch today. I drive the car home and got on it twice right before I got home
I pulled one plug since it was hotter than all get out. Looks really white to me. I'm having overheating and cooling system pressure and spewing from cap issues.

don't remove plugs from a hot aluminum head.the head heats up and clamps tighter on the plug.to read plugs correctly you shut the engine off after a run ,then remove the plugs .try a new pressure cap ,is you coolant system bleed correctly ?

I noted that. Are they TR5 or TR6?

In mine, the TR5 looked just like those, TR6 moved the stripe up to where it should be.

White is normal for these engines because of the unleaded fuel. White porcelan is good. Rich or lean would be read down inside the plug.
