With -10* overlap, very little to none depending on how quiet you mufflers are.
Just so I can get a understanding what you're looking for, why do you want to go with this cam?

It's a 4.8 turbocharged setup. I had an LS9 cam in it and it lost power over the stock cam all the way to 6000 rpm. Not only that but it sounded totally stock. So wanting to go with something else.

Oh and it's only $287 new!

Well it should make more power, but it's not going to sound any less stock than the LS9 cam.

I run the comp 216/220 and adjusted the min base spark table to get the chop sound. I get compliments on it all the time. Going through a turbo will kill the chop some though.

The low exhaust to intake flow ratio of the LS3 heads...plus a blower favors a
cam with 19 more degrees on the exhaust side. Your turbo 4.8 needs a small
single pattern like the new Crane 200/200:.502/.502 @ 113 which is design
ed to work with stock valvesprings(NA) so your PACs would be great for the
boost pressure. Car Craft recently tested a bunch of LS cams in a stock 5.3
and this one made great power everywhere. A couple of turbos just enhances
that cylinder pressure by a factor of ALOT !!!!!

That's an awesome explanation of why that cam is so goofy. I got suckered into the $150 price point LOL. I'm really craving a little chop to the idle at this point. I used to have a sweet 383 in the car with a 240/246 @ .050 so the loud stock sound is kinda lame.
