why are you choosing the bigger stroke with the stock bore? I'm just curious b/c I have never really liked the big strokes and the small bores.... I like a moderate stroke and a larger than stock bore.(kind of like a big bore or a 6.0 liter engine).

for a heavy street car, it is nice having a long flat torque curve, and not having to depend on the launch to race someone.
With driver and other stuf, my car is nearly 4,000 lbs. I need extra cubes and dont want a big gear or stall.

SDB.... good reason
kumar........ thats kewl, I know how the money deal is and I'm just going to start a 6.0 liter instead of worrying with the stock aluminum until I can afford a c5r block.
