Default Wire brush on end of oil plug

I have low oil pressure at idle,so i changed my oil and found this (i can make a wire brush).
Rebuilt motor with 10,000 miles on it,this is the 3rd oil change. Any ideas before i tear into it?

Comp trunnions can cause this if you have them installed. Or maybe the cam retainer plate is being worn-away by the cam gear.

When the trunion wears it happens rather slowly and it's fine metal from everything I've seen posted, Most people didn't even notice metal in the oil/filter during oil changes and didn't know they had a problem until disassembly.

I'm running the bronze bushed rockers now and no problems. Struab has them and Tooley too.

Obvious it's shards, and not fine particles.
Lifters/cam issues?

, its the cam retainer plate, if you had not drilled small holes in it for it to be lubed better. LS1 are known for this defect. This is what happen to mine. Needed a new motor.
