Default Biggest cam with 150 Shot???

What is the biggest cam you can run with a 150 shot? It is 01SS M6, with all the bolt-ons, and 4.10's. We are wanting around 400-425rwp on motor. What would you guys recommend?

Do you really want the BIGGEST cam or one that will make 400-425 and work well on nitrous?

A 150 shot is still pretty small. No need to buy a nitrous specific cam grind. Just buy one for your N/A goals and it should work well on nitrous.

Oh and if you really want the BIGGEST cam (for a stock motor), throw in a T-Rex.

I want one that will make 400-425rwhp and still be a daily driver. I want to run low to mid 7s in the 1/8 and in the 6s on spray. Does anyone have a setup close to that?

Low to mid 7s in the 1/8th? Aren't you there already? Judging by your long list of mods:

TSP Torquer cam
Yank SS 3800
4.10 gears
All bolt-ons
yada yada yada

I think you have more than enough stuff already to run those times. If you're not, there's ET left by fine tuning your combination. Getting a cam much bigger than the TSP Torquer (that you already have) is going to take the fun out of daily driving IMO.

Ok, my bad. Try a TR 230/236, an FMS F-13 (+2), or an LG G5X3. They will all achieve your goals on motor and on the spray.

When I was going with a big nitrous cam, I called comp cams and they recommended a 238/240 .605/.609 112+2. That is plenty big and a great nitrous grind. 400rwhp with full bolt ons is a tune away. But, I found the most impressive modification was a 12 bolt on slicks. That helps your ET quite a bit.

I made 415rwhp though my old A4 with the G5x2. Didn't really spray it much though. The LG grinds are good nitrous cams

I would recommend these 2 grinds by FMS
FM-F7-114 FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 224"/230" .588"/.595" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 1800-6800 RPM range, fair idle, recommended for blower/nitrous applications $399.99
FM-F9-114 FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 232"/236" .585"/.600" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 2800-7000 RPM range, rough idle, recommended for blower/nitrous applications $399.99

Their cams are ground by Cammotion and are renown for good street behavior and nastiness at the track.

FM7 for street/strip and FM9 for more max effort.

Do you think the F13 is too much for the street? It has the reverse split so I thought it would be a great n/a / nitrous cam...

F13 is not a reverse split. 230/232.

FM9 is a beast, and LOVES the sauce.

splits are based on duration...not lift
