recomendations on spark plugs??

recomendations on spark plugs?? changin my plugs and wires when i throw in the new cam and just wonderin which ones to go for. ( i need them to last a while b/c I HATE CHANGING THEM!!!) thanks for the help.

plugs Ditto on the ngk tr55 very good plug have friends with them on there LS1, as a meet of fact i need to done them myself just not look forward to it!!!
