Default cam for 4K stall & 3.23's

best cam for maxiam driveablity and max performance in the 1/4. high 11's now stock cam.
my performance shop recommended a 224/228 113, said I should atleast have 360+ rwhp after cam. now is 330rwhp w/ LT's, custom ORY, magnaflow catback, lid and 4K Fuddle Racing stall.

i like that cam that formato recomended (a guess maybe?).

one of my all time fav daily driveable cam is the 224/224 114lsa Thunder racing/comp cams. pulls hard to 6600 rpms and very very nice idle.

Looking at your stall speed I would highly recommend getting something with more duration.... like in the mid to high 230's range other wise you're wasting a lot under the curve. Tuning a drivability are not a problem with something in that range either... just make sure you select an LSA fitting for what you want to do. Also, with that stall I can't believe that you are even worried about driveability. lol

I figured... acutally Greg from Anti-Venom. oh and John, Anti-Venom and Fuddle are making a deal thanks to me/josh, and a other friend.

actually, this Fuddle HP/Sreet 4K 2.5 is 110% perfect for a DD. its it super smooth, and still tight with the stock 3.23's. its a better DD than the old TC1 3500.

Cant beat the newer converters... they are nice. I still think you would be very pleased with a cam in the 23x duration area with an LSA that will keep your overlap from ruining your "Daily driver" and tuning characteristics while providing you PLENTY of 1/4 mile power.

Oh, i just picked up a 224/224 .581" 108LSA cam.... Gator's 99TA i'll let you know how it does. I'm sure it will have more peak hp than the 114LSA without loosing anything below the curve.

I vote for the MS3. I just installed a 4400 stall in my car with that cam and it feels strong. Its driveability is ok also
