what would be the ci on this? 3.622 stroke,6.125 rod, 3.905 bore? if it was forged with 10.4 compression, with a trex, stage 2 heads, and a 100-150 shot, would it hold up? what kind of pawer?

I believe that's a 347 ci.

370 is a 6.0L Cast iron block bored .030 over. Bore will be 4.030, and stroke will be 3.622. Stroke is the same for 5.7 and 6.0.

Correct.
Crank is the same in the 5.7 and 6.0 motor's.
A 370 is a 4.030 bore, stock crank.
The setup you described is a 347 and sounds like a nice one.

with the setup i described it would only have forged rods and pistons (mahle) and patroit heads with the Trex, what kind of power would this make? will all bolt ons, ls6 intake, headers, and True Duals? im wanting around 450 at the wheels with no n20, and around 550-600 with a 150 shot, would this be obtainable?

Go with another full point of static compression ratio for that cam. You'd like to be around 11.5:1 for that setup.

That's what secondary fuel systems are for...or timing tuners.
