Check out W2W on the All Pro's, they used them on Roofer Dave's car, and a couple other project cars I believe.
I suggest W2W as thats the only shop that I know of that has messed with the heads very much.

We're working on a CNC program for All Pro's 13º LSW cylinder head. This head has a rectangular intake runner similar to the LS7 head. The target flow for the intakes are 390-400cfm and 250-260cfm for the exhaust. It will require it's own intake manifold as the ports are taller than the LS7 heads. This head will make an excellent hard core racing head. The first program is designed for 4.125" or larger bores. We're also working on a smaller valve version for the 4.00" bore engines. When comparing the LSW head to the LS7, the All Pro head has much more material in the critical areas including the rocker boss area.
All Pro's cathedral port heads are an excellent choice for 408 street engines. They're capable of 330+cfm of intake flow and 230cfm of exhaust flow.

My 15 degree All Pro's flowed 338 on the intake and 245 on the exhaust side at .700 using a 2.1 intake valve and a 1.6 exhaust valve. That should help me move some exhaust out when I'm on the jug

Not much better then AFR's or ETP's, and I bet these cost nearly 1000 more.
