ls6 block in a f-body?

Also, the easiest way, which isn't listed, is to look for the "bullsey" on the front of the block in front of the passanger side head. The LS1 blocks will have the little bullsey stamped into it, the LS6 will be smooth. This is on the deck of the block that extends out from underneath the head.

Dont let it get to your head like others do. It gives you ZERO advantage over the LS1 block....actually engine builders prefer the LS1 block for high HP applications as they say its stronger. You just got one of the few cars with the LS6 block.

The Bulls Eye is only 100% if it is there, meaning it is an LS1 block. The absence of a Bulls Eye means it could be an LS6 block, you have to do the dirty work and look at the rear of the block under the car to know for sure.
