Default Just picked up some heads, need a cam to match..

Scooped up some TR stage 2 heads used from TTP, they have 2.02/1.57's in them with PRC dual springs, to be on the safe side lets say the heads have been milled .010, what big cams will fit with these heads without flycutting? I wanted a MS4 but I'm pretty sure it won't fit

I'd go custom, something like 230/234 LSA 112+0 with a .610/.605 lift with XER lobes. That should give you descent midrange and very good top end hp.
I made an average 410 RWHP under the curve with a small cam (220/224, .596/.591 lift and an 112 LSA) fantastic torque from off idle to 7000 rpm.

What is flycutting exactly?? ive got an idea on what it is but not 100% positive b/c im gonna go with ported and polished TSP LS6 heads and MS4 cam in the future and need to know if it will work.

fly putting is simply removing material from the top of the piston to make more room for the valves. It is a less expensive alternative to buying new pistons with valve reliefs manufactured into them. If you do a search you may be able to come up with a nice walk through/write up. Good luck with your build.

On that small a mill with 2.02, it would matter on the LSA/ICL
A 111 would not fit but a 113+0 (Should)

I'm wanting to run something on a 111 or 112 lsa, anyone know of a formula or a way to find out the max size I could run without actually putting the cam in and checking it for valve clearence? I don't want to order something only to get that far along and find out its too big. The cam I want to have ground is a 228/238 600/600 111 but it sounds like that is out of the question...
