Depends on drivetrain loss. What transmission do you have?
You are also going to miss out on some needed power without headers, and I would have to say I would run a reverse split cam on those manifolds.

I can't tell which way you are wanting to go. Totally legal would mean functioning stock cats in stock placement.

Actualy Orange it is quite the opposite, you would benefit from a bigger exhaust split.
Reverse shine with high SCR and good exhaust flow.

Your right. I meant something totally different. Since he is running a traditional split then it should be fine. Thanks for pointing that out Mark. I was thinking the CheaTR cam from an earlier PM and for some reason thought that the duration was reversed when in fact it was just the lift.

My guess is that youll average right about what most bolton only cars do with LT's. Probably just shy of 350 ish, depending on the tune. If theres any possible way to throw emissions out, youll have a much bigger return on investment.

I think 350ish is a little low in my opinion, I dynoed 353 to the tires with long tubes only. most other people estimated 370ish.with the setup i am going with. what do you guys think

I would say 370+ if you were going through longtubes. The manifolds are gonna hurt you.

Well i just sold my hooker long tubes. The reason i am going with this setup is stealth and smog legal route and cop friendly if you know what i mean.

Well wouls shorty's be better then ported stock exhaust manifolds ?
