Default GM Roller Rockers?????

I was looking at Chevy's web site and came across this, and it says "High-flow cast-aluminum cylinder heads that feature a low-friction roller-rocker valvetrain" I think that there only in the trucks, but I was wanting to know if something like this could be adapted to are LS1's? Because I dont want to spend a ton of money on roller rockers if I could get these cheaper and there worth a damn. It comes in the 5.3's and the 6.0's

um...the LS1 already has a roller rocker setup...at least a roller fulcrum.

the tip is still standard.

Is that what they meant. I thought that they were talking about something like a roller tip rocker or some thing of that nature. Because they only mention it in the 5.3 and 6.0. I just guessed that they where trying to get more gas mileage and performance out of them with a roller tip rocker.

could be that the 5.7L engine isn't used much since the fbody has been out of production.

don't think you can get it in a truck can you??

maybe that's why they don't include it in the list.

Because they only mention it in the 5.3 and 6.0...
isn't that because their performance engine IS a 6.0 and not a 5.7 anymore? So if they did change the tips for "performance" they would be doing that for the C6, hence why you probably don't see it applied to a 5.7. Right? Or am I missing something? lol

edit - yeah, teke184 nailed it while i was writing this

im not saying why didnt they didnt use it in the 5.7. im asking if they are a true roller tip rockers much like the Harland Sharp roller rocker arms. Why couldnt they be used in are cars for cheaper price and have factory stuff still. What im wanting to know is are they a true roller tip rocker? or are they what teke184 stated?
