XE lobe or 1.8 rockers with low lift cam?

XE lobe or 1.8 rockers with low lift cam?
I am looking for a "relatively" quiet valetrain/cam upgrade with lift around .560
I can use a low lift cam .525 with 1.8 rockers which give roughly .560 lift.
OR
Just use a cam with XE lobes ~ .56 lift?
What would be smoother/less noise? Also, would 918 springs be ok with 1.8 rockers?
Thanks!

That is why i was opting for the crane rockers...because they have adjustable preload. It would cost more in the end but the system should be quiet. I was just wondering if an XE cam could be stock quiet if the correct pushrods are utilized.

The Crane cams seem to be quiet, not sure what the ramp rate is but I tend to think is it low. My VHP 056 (Crane Z cam) is very quiet and I have run both 1.7 and 1.8 Crane rockers on it. Lift at 1.7 is 0.551 so it isn't too hard on the springs either. It seems to be a good little cam, often overlooked but makes good power all the way up the curve and is not peaky.
