If you are using XER lobes you will not have a choice on the lifts unless you start playing with rocker ratios. The XER 234 lobe is supposed to be .598 lift, the 232 slightly less.

Per the comp catalog the 232 duration XER lobe would be .595 lift and the 234 XER lobe would be .598 lift.
If comp cams is the one that will be actually grinding the cam, then just be aware that they have about a 2 degree tolerance. If they ended up grinding you a 233.6 lobe, they'll still call it a 232.
I know cause I ordered a 230/234 .612 .598 111 +2
...I got a 231.6/235.8 .616 .601 112.3 +2.
Thankfully the sponsor I ordered it from (Thunder Racing) stepped up to the plate and got me another grind that was a bit closer to the original specs. They were seriously great to work with!

where can i find the comp cam catalog with the XFI/XE-R and LSK specs?

But if you are looking into low 230 range durations, this is what I recommend
231/240 .643/.608 112+4 (LSK/XE-R), our motors like bigger exhaust splits, because most of us have a rather restrictive exhaust. That make plenty undercurve trq.
it is the Predator-X cam
