no, you will need heads ad cam to reach 400 RWHP, along with headers and cold air intake. Thereis no streetable cam out there that I know of that will net you 400 RWHP, with nothing else done.

If you were to add heads, you might have the best shot at reaching 400+rwhp with a DD friendly cam. The 228/230 112LSA cam you mentioned would get you closer than a 224/224 114, but will have 9 degrees more overlap (-4 vs +5). Even that is usually considered ok for a driver, but it does change the driveability some. It will depend on your tuner.

A4 or M6.... There's been more than a few guys on here knockin' out 400rwhp or more without heads using a medium sized cam... Matter of fact, the guy i sold my old cam to (eatinsatng4life), just made like 395rwhp on stock heads... That was a xer 224/228 .581/.588 113+4 & yes having a good tuner will help your goal as well.

400rwhp and streetable is very doable.
it's all in the tune.
i'm at 400rwhp cam only (bolt ons) and the only reason my car is "tricky" to drive is the clutch (stage 4 with alum flywheel). and my tune is CRAP at part throttle.
granted you'll get a much tamer car if you use heads, since a smaller cam can be used. but thats also a pretty big increase in cost.
even a set of stage 1 heads, for under $1000 would give you the power boost to get a mild cam over 400rwhp.
something like the 228R cam, with budget heads and you'll be flying high.

Futral f14, LG G5X2, Comp XER 232/236, etc will put you at or over 400rwhp cam only with full bolt ons, they are medium sized cams by present standards and will be ok to DD. I DD'd a TREX V2, so I am not one to really ask about DD, but those cams will get you the power you want. It can be done, but it depends on your definition of streetable.

Why do people think anything over 224 is not streetable? That is just dumb.
I put over 400rwhp with a med-large cam and the car drives just fine. I'm even running cats. I run the Torquer v3
