Default Fitment issue with new LS3 int

Got a new OEM LS3 int ported with TSP ported L92/ls3 heads. Int was off about 16th. I'm not sure if the porting did it since the floor was lowered. It did thread on with some work.

Check the pic.

Thoughts...

Ok a decent amount of views and no one's seen this... I've pulled the manifold off a couple times just to confirm and the one side always lines up.

Were the heads milled?

Yeah both heads were milled to come up with 66cc and cometic .030s. Still though why would one head fit and line up perfect and the other side is off? This is just crazy. They both looked the same and bolted on fine.

I found the issue, there is a plastic pin on the right under side of the intake. I assume with the milling the pin location moved and made it tough to bolt on. Since its plastic I cut it off and the int bolts on fine.

Thanks for your time and your help Jon. Glad you saw my post as I got tied up and couldn't call back. Thanks! Now I just need your push rods and I can fire it up.
