Default Porting for TRUCK intake manifolds and throttle bodies!

Peak Speed Shop now ports LS GenIII and Gen IV Truck intake manifolds and throttle bodies!

These stock manifolds are three pieces sonic welded together. They are plagued with ridges where the pieces join together. Porting removes those ridges and bumps to create better air flow through the manifold. Our car customers have found that having their intake manifold and throttle body ported by Peak Speed Shop has been one of the lowest cost per horsepower gained mods that they could make. NOW TRUCKS CAN BENEFIT, TOO!

JUST $250 for intake manifold porting. And..... only $75 additional to have your throttle body ported at the same time!

Plenum Opening before and after professional porting

Runner before and after professional porting

Simply place your order at our website: http://www.peakspeedshop.com/
Then, remove your intake manifold and throttle body and ship them to us for porting. We can generally turn them around and ship them back within 2-3 days.

For even more power, order a ported FAST manifold from us at http://www.peakspeedshop.com/

Or, call us at 719-651-1952.

Yes it will. Forced induction setups also benefit from better airflow through the intake manifold.

Unfortunately, I don't have any in inventory. While we maintain a good inventory of LS car manifolds, as of yet, we don't have a good inventory of truck manifolds. You would have to send yours in to have it ported.

We are currently turning work around in 1-2 days from the time we receive your part. Return shipping is by Fed Ex Ground which takes 3-4 days to most US locations from CO. I hope you can russle up a vehicle to fill in while yours is briefly down.

We haven't had reports from customers, yet, on the gains from our truck manifold porting. On LS2 cars, customers report a 9-13 rwhp gain from our basic porting and on LS3's a 7-11 rwhp gain. These are a different animal, but I would expect a minimum of 7 rwhp gain and wouldn't be surprised if it were as high as 15.

We would be willing to give a $75 rebate to the first two customers who send us their dyno graphs (before and after) with the ported intake and throttle body being the only mod.

Glad to hear you have some other vehicles to drive while we're porting your parts.

Are you referring to the plenum opening on the intake manifold just behind the throttle body? If so, yes. We do enlarge it slightly. However there is not a lot that is gained there without running into the throttle body gasket.
