Shorter Oil Pressure Sensor
I have done some searching and I know that I have seen the answer to this question before, but I cant find it...anyways
I am getting ready to put my LS3 416 into my '00 Camaro, the only thing that I have left to do is put the intake on. I have a FAST 102 but when I put the intake on the back of the intake hits the oil pressure sensor. Does someone know the part number or have a link to a shorter oil pressure sensor that will for the taller ls3 and not hit the intake?
thanks!

^depends on if he is running the ls3 ecm and harness, but most likely you are correct and swapping sensors styles wont help. You could move the sesnor if the harness allows. You would need to drill and tap the port that bolts in over the oil filter if you are using the ls1 pan

Bumping this up after too long of an unsuccessful search. Like the OP stated above, I am running an 102mm Fast intake. Not an LS3. The LS1 sensor is hitting the back of the intake. I am looking for any solution, including a relocation. Most thread replies I have seen just say they used the LS1 unit. That will not work in this case.

I had the same challenge but with a truck intake and non stock Oil sending unit. I ended up using a small 45 degree adapter to get the sender out from under the intake. worked like a charm, but was a PITA to tighten.
