LOL, thats what I'm wondering too cause there isn't any airflow that will effect performance even goin thru that area. All your airflow comes in thru the lid, MAF, TB, intake, into heads, into cylinders & out exhaust ports.

The valley cover you choose to use will have NO effect on airflow. Only PCV set-up. And all that does is recirculate oil vapors/crankcase pressure. If your making so much power that the PCV system is a problem then you just need to eliminate it & go to breathers/vented catch can style set-ups.

this is for the pcv system. i am doing it so crank case pressure stays low. that is the dirty air port. so it needs to flow more.

Just leave the valley cover alone & dont use the PCV set-up. Go to some breathers & your problem is solved.

I have never seen anyone try to modify the valley cover due to PCV stuff on any build I have ever seen.

I dont know what to tell ya then man. You must have one unique motor set-up if what works for others wont work for you.

What are you running that has to have so much more flow? Theres alot of boosted car running around I know of & none have needed to do this. Maybe try posting this over there where others running boost can see it, maybe they have a idea?

Maybe PM Tiago, he is running a twin set-up on his 427 making the power your seeking. I'm sure since he built his set-up himself he would have some helpful information to share.

maybe your rings didnt seat... id do it right and get rid of the blow by rather than band aid it and remove all that dirty air getting by the pistons, the stock pcv is enough if your engine is running correctly...
