Default ARP intallation without ARP moly?

What are the alternatives if I don't have the ARP moly when installing the bolts? regular motor oil?

If you do oil, go by what ARP recommends for oil. You usually have to torque the bolt more when using oil instead of Moly lube.

i got some arp moly today.
question, when torquing i did 30 50 70 following what i've found on this site.
arp recommends tightening and loosening 5 times. do they mean torque to 70ft lbs then loosen and retorque 5 times?

Yes, they generally recommend torquing a brand new fastener (usually rod bolts/cap screws) several times to kind of break it in. It helps stretch become more consistent. Questions like this, along with torque specs, you should really be getting from ARP directly, not a site like this.

Per APR, you can also use their thread sealer (teflon paste).

You cant measure bolt stretch with head bolts. I know alot of people that just do the 30 50 70 75lbs with moly lube for the head bolts and never loose them or re tighten them again. All motor have run fine for years not the right way but seems to work fine. I know a few people TQ them to 80lbs with moly lube they are running strong too at high hp

Oil may give you less torque than the moly, more friction = less torque.
I use anti-sieze when I run out of moly. It looks like the same stuff.
