Default LQ4/LQ9 gasket list

I got this list from GM Parts Direct. I asked for the gaskets for a LQ9, but this is what I got so I am assuming that they are the same. I was also told by Jon at TSP that the LS1 and LQ9 gaskets are the same except for the head gaskets so I am guessing that these will cross reference with the LS1 part #s.

I am having my LQ9 freshend up from top to bottom and I really didnt want to reuse any old seals or gaskets. Does this list look complete? Is there anything missing or stuff I won't need? Thanks!

Geez... I just looked up the intake manifold gaskets and the LS3 (19172114) gaskets are $40 each but the LS7 (19172113) gaskets are $13 each... why?

edit: OK I think I messed up on this. I just noticed that these p/n are for "carb" intakes. I have a regular LS3 intake, not a carb style. Does anyone have the p/n for the gaskets, I am only finding the carb style.

edit 2: Ok the p/n I found for the LS3 intake is #89017839. They are sold as 2 per pack (1 pack per port) so I am guessing I need 8 packs right. But then I found these p/n #12533587 and they are sold as a kit. What is in the kit to justify the added cost over buying them each?

#89017839 = $4.60 x 8 / $36.80
#12533587 = $85.39 Set

WOW! GM Parts Direct has really great prices but their shipping kills any savings. I just got off the phone with summit racing and they will not only beat the price of each gasket by $1 but they will also ship for $12. That is a savings of $100-/+

I also found ARP studs (234 4317) for $215 so I'll add that to the summit purchase and save a $1 plus $20 shipping

Go to SDparts.com

The head bolts come in a kit. They are a dealer and wholesale parts distributor with great service and prices.

Hello and thank you for your reply, but I have yet to find anyone that is abble to beat GM Parts Direct accept Summit Racing.

My concern is the list of gaskets I posted in post 1. Is there anything I am missing or is there anything in the list that I dont need? What I am doing is building a LQ9 for my t/a it is going to get tanked and honed. I really did not want to reuse anything, but I was told that some things can be reused without issue. Should I just bite the bullet and get everything listed or is there somethings in the list I dont need. As for the bolts (head, mains, rods, cam) I was going to use ARP. thank you for your help.

1-coolant sensor, front of left head
1-oil pressure sensor
new oil pump
oil pump to pickup tube O-ring
valve stem seal
valve cover gaskets

new lifters
new valve springs

Did you ever come up with or get an answer to this question? I'm throwing new gaskets in my new (to me) LQ4 motor.

A good supporting vendor here can get you everything you need. That's the good thing about a supporting vendor, they can give you the info. you need and not just a price on a website. IMO, it makes it worth paying an extra buck or two to be able to call and speak directly to someone who knows what they are talking about rather than just looking at part numbers on the web. Let us know what you are looking for and I'm sure we can get you fixed up.

How did it go for you? I did all that stuff too but I think I messed up on the head gaskets. I'm using a 6.0 block and 853 heads from a 5.7 LS1, bought head gaskets for the 6.0 and it's leaking in the middle of the driver's side head. Should I have bought 5.7 LS1 head gaskets?

BTW, your list looks good. Small fortune on those dam sensors as I found out.
