That's for a valve cover, I think he means the "valley" cover perimeter gasket...

No it wont, no one seems to have a PN for the LS2/3/92 cover...

You didn't say for an LS3. Please be specific when asking for part numbers. This is the whole kit which includes: valley cover, gasket, (8) O-rings, PCV baffle with screw.

That actually appears to be the correct number. After googling it, I found it listed on Thunder's site and an older post here (that I somehow missed).

You don't want this one unless you have dod.

The $32 one from gmpd that thunder racing has is for a non dod cover.

If the engine is not together drill and tap the towers for 1/8" pipe plugs and don't use the o-rings. Gaskets can leak plugs will not.

The Felpro valve cover gaskets are JUNK. Get the black GM ones they don't expand with heat.
