Default Rocker arm/lifter/pushrod suggestions in a 408

This spring I am planing on build my lsx to put in my 70 gmc c10. Right now it is a lq4 (2005 genIII) I bought a set of new ls3 heads, comp behive srping upgrade, manely billet timing set, Quick fuel 750 race q with annular boosters. I plan on running the vic jr intake, a set of 1-7/8 kooks headers, a 408 bottom end, and running a cam profile of 230/230 dur at .050, .625/.625 lifr 108 lobe sep and a 110 intake center line. I'm not sure if the factory rocker arms, push rods, and lifters would handle this cam. I'le prob only rev it to 6200 or so and not that often but I dont want to skimp out on the valve train and have it destory my engine. At what point do the factory components fail?

Stock rockers and lifters should be fine. I would upgrade the pushrods.

Like he said, stock rockers and lifters will be fine, push rods will need to be replaced. Make sure you buy the right length push rod for your application! You can also do the trunion upgrade on your rockers if you feel the need, around 125.00 if my memory serves me right.

918 springs? That's a pretty heavy intake valve for those.

Just my $.02

If the heads have the genuine LS3 intake valves with the machined face and a paint dot, then they weigh 89 grams are are far lighter than L92 intake valves.

Although I think that's a lot of lift for beehive springs, their durability just isn't the greatest.

I hope this helps!

108 lobe sep and a 110 intake centerline

Double check this. Usually you see the numbers the other way. 110 with a 108 centerline. Also expressed as 110 +2. The +2 being advance.
