I just sent mine out to Harland and had them do a bearing conversion. You can do the bearing conversion yourself for a bit less. I would save the money and keep the stockers. Plus they have a lot less nose weight than any other after-market rocker out here.

Why would you wait until the tear down to decide wether or not you want aftermarket rockers. That just adds to the downtime. You could just put the OEMs back on for now and place your order for a new set in the mean time. When they arrive all that is needed is removal of the coil packs and rocker cover to get the the valve train.
How did you manage to break a rocker bolt? With all of the good information on this site about cam and head swaps this shouldn't happen unless there is a manufacturers defect which is unlikely. One quick stap with a 8mm 6pt 3/8 drive socket on breaker bar and the bolt will unscrew with your fingers. The locktite GM uses takes quite a bit of force to fracture, but once it does the bolts are nearly loose.
