Why cant MPVI Channel A & B load?? (Installing HPT issues)
Im trying to install my VCM suite 2.22 pro on my lap top and after im done installing the main hardware, your told to plug in your interface with your USB connector... well i do that and my computer wont find the driver. My laptop is brand new so the requirements are there.
When i follow the instructions in the Help file you told to find your Driver Manager under "Control Panel".
There it lists all the USB drivers and what not. When i plug in my interface theres a little yellow triangle with an "!" in it over a usb symbol. Then when i double click on it i get this message under notes :
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."
It can't be this hard to isntall this software? wtfs going on? I have Vista on my computer.
Any help is appreciated!

BTW for the most part the Code 39 error seems to be effecting only Vista 64 bit users and the workaround is listed here http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...t=code+corrupt

Well, I've never used Vista and hope not to, but I
reinstalled on a new hard drive last night and it was
just "Found New Hardware", make it search specific
location, point it at the (unzipped) FTDblahblah.inf
file and let it rip (twice). Do you have the drivers
downloaded & unzipped where you can find them?
