Did I mess up my grease change? I just changed the rear end grease on my stock 2002 Camaro Z28 M6 rear end. I put Pennzoil 80w90 grease in it. Was I supposed to put some posi additive in it too? Am I ok or am I f'd??

Re: Did I mess up my grease change? Technically, you are supposed to use synthetic in the rear, but I've used both and noticed no difference. No additive for 00-02 cars regardless of what the book says.

Re: Did I mess up my grease change? Thats right, you have no clutches in your Torsen. But I think I'm going to use synthetic 75-90. On the Mobile 1 syn bottle it says even if you have clutches you don't need to add anything.
