we have a 187* t-stat in our cars...

IAT's after driving sound about right... mine is usually about 12-15* above ambient while driving too...

for 50* outside, 195* ECT sounds about right...

my commanded throttle position at idle isn't that high tho... last time I checked it, I think it was about 6% - 9%...

Default Command throttle position

I was noticing that the TPS was stuck at 15.

not sure if this is an average. or a problem.

I will look at the data and see if i get the same results.

15% is getting up there at 16% you may get your PO445 evap code. Like Lew said 6-9% is normal. Do your brakes feel soft and what milage do you have on the car? Our cars have to have a couple of things done regularly. Get yourself a aerosol can of Throttle Body Cleaner and a can of Mass Airflo Sensor cleaner an old tooth brush, lint free rag, Q- tips and a small tray. it is the Throttle body thats dirty but while you have it off clean the rest it`s easy. be gentle with the throttle body and be sure to excerise the butterfly to the max limits in your hand because it only travels 80% with the tpm, get in the small port with the spray and dry it good and apply a little vasaline or simular to the flange before reinstalling. While your there remove and clean the purge sol with throtle body cleaner and Q-tips and rinse with TBC and lubricate the o-rings with lube on a Q-tip.It will take a couple of full cycle starts/run/shutdown for things to stabilize afterwards.

Default The symptoms started after I cleaned out the throttle body

I took the throttle body out. cleaned it with lint free rag, cleaner. q tips.
The TB looked carboned up.

is the tube that connects to the thorttle body the purge value?

is this coming from the egr?

is the tube that connects to the thorttle body the purge value? Yes! careful it has a different type of connector. the white type of lock requires you to lift out on both sides of it for the tube to slide off and the purge valve also has a push type finger on the base/standoff to allow removal. just take your time and look, it is real easy.

if you're talking about that tube that connects and goes into the intake accordion hose just in front of the throttlebody, that's the crankcase vent/breather tube...

Lew you are correct about the pre throttle body line but mspeterso is refering to the directly connected TB vacum line near the aft of engine on the LS4
